Custom moulds
We have the expertise and the tooling experience to develop custom moulds for your containers, giving you freedom to design the product exactly as you want it. You choose the shape, the capacity, the closure and the features; we build the mould and manufacture it.
This is the right route when the container itself is part of how your product is recognised, or when no standard shape fits your filling line.
Custom specifications
Not every requirement needs a new mould. Often an existing mould can be run to a different specification — a heavier wall for a more aggressive content, a different closure size, a COEX structure instead of single-layer, or a specific colour.
This is faster and cheaper than custom tooling, and covers most requirements.
IML labelling
In-mould labelling applies the label during moulding rather than after it. The label becomes part of the container wall, so it cannot peel, scuff or lift — which matters for products that are stored in damp conditions, handled roughly, or subject to chemical splash.
It also produces a better finish than an applied label, with full-surface graphics and no visible edge.
