How we test
Every product is subject to four tests, applied to every batch rather than to samples:
- Visual inspection
- Surface finish, colour consistency, neck finish and moulding defects.
- Drop testing
- Filled containers dropped to verify they survive handling and transport.
- Leak testing
- Closure and seam integrity under pressure, so contents stay where they belong.
- Thickness testing
- Wall thickness measured against specification, since a thin wall is the most common cause of failure in the field.
Continuous improvement
We collect feedback and production data from our customers and use it to identify what to improve. Where a customer does have a concern, we would rather hear it early — it is the most reliable source of information we have about how our containers perform in real conditions.
