Packaging built for demanding contents
Veterinary
Injectables, drenches and feed supplements. Small jerrycans and two-neck bottles with a measuring chamber, so a dose can be poured without a separate cup, and tamper-evident closures that show whether a bottle has been opened.
Pesticides & fertilisers
Concentrates that attack single-layer plastic and travel as dangerous goods. This is where COEX earns its cost, and where our UN-marked packaging matters — a carrier asks for that mark before it accepts a pallet.
Oils, paints & chemicals
Contents too thick to pour through a narrow neck. Wide-mouth jars and lidded pails from 100 ml to 20 litres, with ratchet necks that hold torque so a lid stays shut through a rough journey.
Household detergents
High volumes where the label is the product. In-mould labelling puts the artwork into the wall as the container is blown, so it cannot peel in a damp cupboard or scuff on a supermarket shelf.

Three things: we are ISO 9001:2015 certified, we tool custom moulds in-house rather than limiting you to a catalogue, and we offer COEX multi-layer containers for contents that attack single-layer plastic. We have been manufacturing since 2003.

Yes. Custom mould development is one of our core services. You choose the shape, capacity, closure and features; we tool the mould and produce it. We also offer custom specifications on existing moulds — different wall thickness, material or closure — where a full custom mould is not required.
COEX is co-extrusion: several layers of plastic extruded at once into a single container wall, typically four layers. Each layer does a different job, so the container resists moisture, oxygen and chemical migration far better than a single-layer equivalent. It matters most for agrochemicals, solvents and anything with a long shelf life. For water-based household products, standard HDPE is usually sufficient.
Every product is subject to visual inspection, drop testing, leak testing and wall thickness measurement. This is applied to every production batch, not to samples.
